Itinerary
Arrive at Bhubaneswar Railway Station or Airport and meet the tour representative. Proceed to Puri and check in at the hotel. After refreshments, visit Govardhan Math, Jagannath Temple, Narendra Pokhari, Markandeshwar Temple, Bedi Hanuman Temple, Mata Matha and the 108 Shiva Temples. In the evening, guests may explore the shopping area near Golden Beach at their own pace. Overnight stay in Puri.
Proceed to Satapada at Chilika Lake. Enjoy a boat cruise towards the sea mouth, with an opportunity to see Irrawaddy dolphins and visit Rajhans Island. Visit Alarnath Temple before returning to Puri. In the evening, visit Jagannath Temple for darshan and aarti. Overnight stay in Puri.
Check out from the hotel and proceed towards Konark. En route, visit Sonar Gouranga Temple and enjoy the Puri–Konark Marine Drive. Visit Ramachandi Temple, Chandrabhaga Beach and the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Konark Sun Temple. Continue to Pipili Appliqué Village, the 64 Yogini Temple, Dhauli Peace Pagoda and the Ashokan Rock Edicts. Proceed to Bhubaneswar and check in at the hotel.
Check out from the hotel and visit Udayagiri and Khandagiri Caves, ISKCON Temple, Lingaraj Temple, Rajarani Temple, Mukteshwar Temple, Kedar Gouri Temple and Ram Mandir. Visit Nandankanan Zoological Park subject to its operating schedule and available time. After sightseeing, transfer to Bhubaneswar Bus Stand for the overnight journey to Kolkata.
Arrive in Kolkata and meet the tour representative. Proceed towards Kakdwip and take a ferry or locally available boat service to Kachuberia on Sagar Island. Continue from Kachuberia towards Gangasagar by locally available transport. Guests may take a holy dip at the confluence of the River Ganga and the Bay of Bengal and visit Kapil Muni Ashram. Return to Kolkata for an overnight stay. Please note that ferry services and island movement are subject to weather, tide and local operating conditions.
