General Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Client" or "you") and Himavat Destination and Hotels Pvt. Ltd. ("Himavat Destination," "Company," "we," or "us"). By booking any tour or service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Proceeding with payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms thoroughly before booking.

Booking &
Payments
Financial framework
Booking Confirmation
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final quotes are subject to availability at the time of payment.
- Any changes to your booking will be communicated within 72 hours of occurrence.
- Availability may change until payment is confirmed.
Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and online payment gateways. Payments are processed in INR. If payment is made through a credit card, an additional 3% surcharge applies.
warning Forfeiture Clause
Cash deposits made to our bank accounts without prior written intimation will be forfeited. Clients must notify us via email or phone.
Cancellations &
Refunds
Exit policies
Client Cancellation
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hola@himavatdestination.com
Cancellation charges apply as per the policy provided at the time of booking (refer to Annexure A).
Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days after acknowledgement.
Credit Notes
Credit notes may be issued in lieu of refunds. These are non-transferable and must be used within the stipulated timeframe.

Logistics
Operations
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transport arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or political unrest.
Accommodation
Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Room amenities vary by destination.
In remote locations (Lachen, Lachung), standards may be basic.
Transfers
Transfers are as per itinerary and not on a disposable basis. Scheduled timings must be strictly followed.

Identity & Permits
Adults
Driving License and Voter ID Card OR Passport (Front & Back Xerox).
Children
Birth Certificate OR School Certificate (written in English).
block Restricted ID Documents
AADHAR CARD and PAN CARD are NOT accepted for permit purposes.
Foreign Nationals
Foreigners are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir, Nathula Pass and Gurudongmar Lake. However, they are allowed to visit Tsomgo lake and Yumthang Valley mandatorily with an Indian Guide.

Behavioral standards
Limitation of Liability
We act as intermediaries. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels). Himavat is not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the tour.
Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior towards fellow travelers and local customs is expected. Misconduct may result in tour termination without refund.

Balance Payment
To be cleared at the time of arrival on Day 1.
Payment can be made in cash or via demand draft. Cheques will not be accepted. 3% surcharge on credit card payments.
